Age: 18+ Join our Mixed Ability Aerial Hoop class, where all levels are welcome! Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our skilled instructors tailor each session to meet your needs. You'll learn a variety of techniques and moves on the aerial hoop, building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Come discover the joy of aerial arts in a supportive and fun environment. You will learn: Tricks, rolls, drop and sequences on the aerial hoop. Skill level: This class has two aerial artists who will cover both fundamental and intermediate skills. This class is suitable for both beginners and improvers.
